New Clothes For Kids
Bella Martin 2016 Bella gave up her 10th birthday to help bring new clothes to kids in Haiti. Her micro-event party treated her guests to "experience" Haitian culture. They ate Haitian food, played Haitian games and even Facetimed the kids who would be receiving the new clothes. She and her friends were able to raise over $900. Upon receiving their new clothes, the kids proceeded to have a memorable fashion show! |
Bring Them Breakfast
Trace Cancelosi 2016 Trace raised $800 to provide breakfast for the homeless. He and his dad will hand deliver these meals to men and women on the streets of portland, providing not only a meal, but a conversation that shares with them that they are cared about. |
Clean Water 101
Bella Martin 2016 Fourth grader, Bella Martin, was heartbroken over the devastation Hurricane Matthew caused in Haiti. She knew she wanted to do something to help. And with the rise of Cholera due to high rains and flooding, she believed clean water filters can really help. Through her project, she was able to raise $1678 which provided 22 families with life-saving water filters. |
Farm in a Barrel
Jaydn and Brady Foster 2016 Siblings, Jadyn and Brady, were able to raise $1495 for Truth X Vision and provided two, complete "Farm in a Barrel" for a family in Ghana. These farms provide them with the tools necessary to start a small chicken farm business. |
Clean Water for Haiti
Lauren and Audrey Willis 2016 Siblings, Lauren and Audrey, were able to raise $60 for Mission of Hope Haiti to help provide water filters for families that were hit by Hurricane Matthew. |
