PAST PROJECTS
Bret, Garrett, Jaxon and Austin
2015 These four boys are 7th grade students at Life Christian School. In their technology class, they created 3D printed tops which they sold to raise funds for the "Area of Greatest Need" program at Doernbecher Children's Hospital. For each top purchased, one was also given to a child at Doernbecher. In only one month, the boys were able to successfully raise $2000 through donations and top sales. |

Tyler Cancelosi
2015 Tyler and my family have supported a child in an orphanage in Haiti for many years now. He raised $1,700 to buy church clothes for all 40 children in the orphanage. The clothes they currently have are not acceptable to wear in their church. They have a huge desire to go to church but don’t have the proper clothing. |
Adam LaFluer
2015 After Adam went to Haiti with his school during his senior year, he felt challenged by the lack of clean water available to people. During this same year, his science class was learning about inovative ways to clean water - one of which was bio-sand filtering. Adam partnered with a Haitian based organization called Clean Water For Haiti and raised enough money to provide three families with bio-sand filters. |
Anika Janssen
2015 For her 10th birthday, Anika wanted to do something bigger than just a birthday party. She and her girl friends got together to bake cakes, pies and cookies for a bake sale. Anika loved sewing and wanted to help support a sewing program in Haiti. Her goal was to raise $1000. However, she raised 180% of her goal!!! |
